Job Description

  • Experiance of sales Marketing of Fertilizer
  • Ability to effectively listen, communicate and perform diplomacy with internal and external customers and staff in all situations.
  • Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans
  • Responsible for Yearly Marketing plan and Sales Plan. Conduct Monthly Sales review and reporting
  • New product development through market gap analysis and responsible for new product rollout across West Africa
  • Align with Company¢s IT policy, monitor and enable the technology rollout. Ensure team is trained and adapting to technology
  • Government liaison at all levels to enable smooth functioning of business
  • Allocate work, manage team, set KPI and monitor. Plan and implement growth needs of the team
  • Overall responsibility of customer sales collections
  • Required Candidate profile

  • Bachelor¢s degree required
  • Requires advanced knowledge of sales/marketing within the agriculture industry
  • Command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Strong media, presentation and computer skills
  • Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Client Relationships
  • Government Liaison, People Management and Territory Management
  • Salary: USD 35,000 - 50,000 PA.
