Managing primary and secondary sales in entire allotted area
Marketing: Planning & implementing activities. Executing these activities to achieve the market share objective.
Channel Management: Managing Exclusive Direct Dealers & Distributor in terms of Primary & secondary, schemes, and consumer offers. (Meeting existing Dealers / Distributors on a regular basis for achieving service standards)
Coordination & Implementing: Continuous coordination with Branch Head, marketing department. And business plan implemented & executed with Business partner.
Required Candidate profile
Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets & new areas of business growth looking for business opportunities with the channel partners for more extraction & address ability
Responsible to achieve individual Business Target on monthly basis.
Responsible to Dispense right product to customer & ensure order get delivered on said due date.
Responsible to maintain asset & stocks of the company available in counter. Damage or loss of any product the concern sales person will be liable.
Responsible to address all customer issues & keep his reporting manager posted about the same.
Responsible to adhere the polices, SOP laid by the company.
