BLDC Motor Design Engineer @ Gurgoan

Roles and Responsibilities

BLDC Fuel pump module and motor design for various two wheeler applications.

Traction & Motor Design for leading EV two wheeler applications.

Understand the customer requirements and defined procedure for work executions

Prepare and maintain all design records and documents that relate to the NPD process cycle.

Key Job responsibilities:

Motor Design: Concept, Proto and Mass Production Phase Design and Development Delivery

3D Modeling, 3D Assembly and Engineering drawing preparation of Motor system and components level

Finalization of design parameters such as no of stacks, stack length, stator ID, rotor OD, Rotor & Stator pole, material selection, winding types and connections, radial clearance, etc

DFMEA (Motor)

Product Validation Specification Review and Standard Creation

ClearanceChecks and Tolerance Stack-up Analysis

GD&T Reviews, Implementation and Product manufacturing based Tolerance Analysis

Design Idealization for Simulation Performance analysis

Data Management: Data control and Record management

Capable to manage design project with internal team and deliver as per the requirement

Benchmarking, DFA, DFM & DFR.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of BLDC motor, PMDC Motor, SRM motor, Stepper motor, Torque motor, IPM technologies. EFI systems & Electric Fuel pump modules will be an advantage.
