Roles and Responsibilities

Managing SLA for all IT users

Handling SAP Administrator, support and maintenance tasks of an SAP Net weaver Administrator on any of the following modules is optional SAP NW 7.3/7.4 ECC 6.0

Managing annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department.

Performing tasks and executing operations on SUSE Linux and Windows.

Managing enterprise level Outlook/ Gmail.

Handling offsite software roll out (FMCG DMS, SFA and CRM)

Preventive Maintenance of IT assets to ensure life.

Identify areas of data automation and implement strategic solutions in time

Build long term relationships with outside vendors for IT related products and services

Conduct Training's for all onsite and offsite staff for existing and new IT solutions.

Managing data, network and DR servers

Managing network and data security

Supporting activities like System Health Check Monitoring, Performance Monitoring and Tuning, Live Cache Administration, Background Job Administration, Transport Management, Spool Administration, and General Basis Support etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
